As long as cancellation request was made within 24 hours from order date
and time, cancellation of order is accepted. In other words, Once 24 hours
grace period has passed from the order, cancellation is NOT accepted.

If the payment also was made within 24 hours from the order, refund is
also accepted without our service fee, domestic shipping fee, bank wire
fee and PayPal fee.

| Return |

n the case of shipping mistake and item defect, we always accept requests
to return item if it is in "as sold"condition for any reason
and if made within 7 days after the delivery was completed to you. |

Retail items : "as sold"condition means the item is like brand new condition without cutting, tearing, damage and opened to the outer and inside package. It should be as packed by the manufacturer. Unless the return is necessary due to a shipping mistake or defective items,the shipping cost back to Japan is your responsibility. |

Secondhand Items : Please understand that secondhand items are obtained through private sources.So I cannot return them anywhere. If the item is in " as sold " condition for any reason and if made within 7 days after the delivery was completed to you,we can accept requests to return item(s) with 50% inspection/restocking fee. In the case of secondhand items," as sold " condition means sealed item is still sealed and keep quality when you buy it . Unless the return is necessary due to a shipping mistake, |

Shipping Damaged Items : In the case of insured mail, before you accept any trucking delivery, please make certain to examinethe item for any signs of damage. If you receive shipping damaged item(s),you claim deliveryman or local post office(tracking company) first. Please note once you have signed for delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the trucking company. After file your claim,tracking company will transfer your claim to Japan Post . After that we can claim compensation for damage to Japan Post. After we refunded ,we will pay the money back to you.In case of uninsured mail,please understand ,if the parcel will be lost,theft or damaged on the way to your country,we can not pay back money to you.
